Hi, I’m Nico
I got my first Apple Watch when Series 5 came out. Started wearing it for fitness, and gradually started paying more attention to how my body was actually doing — not just how a workout felt, but what the numbers said.
My Apple Watch tracks HRV, sleep score, heart rate zones, blood oxygen, training load. A lot of numbers. At first I had no idea what most of them meant. So I started digging. Reading research, testing things on myself, figuring out what the data was actually telling me.
WearableWhiz is where I share what I’ve learned. It covers the health and fitness side of Apple Watch in plain terms — what the data means, how to use it, and how it honestly compares.
I’m not a doctor or a researcher. I’m just someone who got obsessed with understanding what’s on their wrist. Everything here is based on personal experience and verified sources — if I can’t back a claim up, I don’t make it.
The goal is simple: help you understand what your Apple Watch health data means and what to do with it.
