Hi, I’m Nico
I got my first Apple Watch when Series 5 came out. Started wearing it for fitness, then got curious about what my body was actually doing underneath the workout: heart rate, recovery, the numbers behind how I felt.
My Apple Watch tracks HRV, sleep score, heart rate zones, blood oxygen, training load. A lot of numbers. At first I had no idea what most of them meant. So I started digging. Reading research, testing things on myself, figuring out what the data meant.
WearableWhiz is where I share what I’ve learned: the health and fitness side of Apple Watch, in plain terms. What the data means. How to use it.
I’m not a doctor or a researcher. I’m just someone who got obsessed with understanding what’s on their wrist. Everything here comes from personal experience and verified sources. If I can’t back a claim up, I don’t make it.
The goal is simple: help you understand what your Apple Watch health data means and what to do with it.
